My students are idiots. They don’t even try. I can’t even begin to count how many ask me for extra credit. If you can’t pass the class by completing the given material then you fail. American students are so damn lazy. Last semester I assigned a paper and less than half turned one in when it was due. I feel as if I’m teaching at a remedial school. If you can’t do math don’t take physics it is really honest and truly that simple.

I don’t know why it’s always so rare that a student asks for help. I have my office hours. All they have to do is make an appointment and then we talk about why they’re so damn stupid. Not all of them are stupid. There are some bright kids and the ones who don’t get it and try. I can respect the stupid people who try.

A first for this semester was a woman who asked if she could bring her baby in with her. I was put off by the whole thing. Who wants a damn baby around? She got lucky since I had a powerpoint that day. Lights off = sleeping time for baby. I hear I have a soothing voice too so I’m sure that’s what helped the most. It’s always disappointing when hot people have babies. Children ruin people.
